Asset Management Plan
Delivery of Asset Management Plan or Asset Management Plan Update in accordance with current information disclosure requirements and your specific needs.
We provide support in a range of modes including full drafting support for redevelopment projects, project management, and updating of content to close capacity gaps in your team.
Schedule 13 Report on Asset Management Maturity
Assessment process to complete Schedule 13 Report on Asset Management Maturity. May be delivered as an independent asset management maturity assessment, or as a facilitated self-assessment.
The outputs are an assessment report providing comprehensive feedback on asset management maturity and opportunities for improvement, and completed Schedule 13 for inclusion in the Asset Management Plan disclosure.
Asset Management Plan Compliance Review
A comprehensive compliance review against the current information disclosure requirements for regulated suppliers, covering both narrative information contained in Asset Management Plans and quantitative information in Schedules.
The review provides detailed feedback to management on compliance status and risks and a Compliance Opinion letter to provide assurance for certifying Directors.

Our Experience
The Asset Dynamics team has a combined 30 years of experience in New Zealand’s regulated industries with consistent involvement in the delivery and assurance of information disclosures. We maintain familiarity with current information disclosure requirements including the implications of recent changes.
In the last two years we have delivered Asset Management Plan Update Compliance Reviews, advised on Asset Management Plan disclosures, implemented data quality monitoring to support compliance, and facilitated self-assessments to complete Schedule 13 Report on Asset Management Maturity (AMMAT).
