Andrew is a Certified Fellow in Asset Management with a passion for enhancing the performance of asset-intensive organisations through strategic planning and operating model design. He has extensive experience in the utilities sector, including implementing asset management systems certified to ISO 55001, and is a trusted independent advisor to infrastructure clients throughout New Zealand.

Jules is an information specialist with significant experience developing and implementing digital and information strategy. He led the development of the EEA Asset Information Maturity Framework in 2017, chairs the EEA Asset Information Managers Forum, and has lectured at Massey University's School of Management. He has deep expertise in the application of international standards including ISO 55001 and ISO 8000 (data quality and master data).

Grant brings 40 years of experience in the electricity distribution industry, with senior leadership roles spanning asset management, project engineering, and ISO 55001 implementation. He chaired the EEA Working Group that produced the EEA Resilience Guide and developed the Resilience Management Maturity Assessment Tool (RMMAT) now used throughout New Zealand's electricity distribution sector.
